  • Standard orders placed online are shipped through Parcel Force and generally arrive within 2–5 business days.

  • Some orders may take 3–4 weeks, depending on availability. If there is a delay, a member of our customer service team will contact you directly.

Trade Customer Shipping

  • Trade customers are subject to per-product shipping charges, calculated automatically at checkout based on each item’s shipping class.

  • These rates reflect the size, handling, and delivery requirements of each product.

  • Free Shipping does not apply to trade accounts.

Customs Duties and Taxes

  • You are responsible for paying any import duties and/or taxes imposed by your local government for international shipments.

  • These charges are not collected by Pro Group NI and are payable directly to your country’s customs authority.

  • As we are based in Northern Ireland, shipments benefit from the EU Free Trade Agreement under the Northern Ireland Protocol — meaning no import duties apply within the EU.

To track your order, you’ll need:

  • Either your Email Address or Postcode
