- Arrange for the parcel to be delivered to a local shop that is partnered with the carrier.
In order to receive these notifications, it is important that correct mobile phone numbers and/or email addresses are given at checkout.

To our regret, with large, bulky and heavy items such as our generators and power washers we are not able to guarantee next day delivery. We shall certainly dispatch them immediately on a next day service but due to the nature of the consignment they may take just a little while longer.

So, be sure in the knowledge that our guys will process and dispatch your order super swiftly and dispatched on a next day delivery – we are simply not able to absolutely guarantee that it will be with you next day.

Warranty Terms
Pro Group NI offers 12 month warranty on all non-consumable products when purchased for domestic, non-commercial household usage – this commences from the date the item is purchased. Use of our washers for commercial purpose qualifies the purchaser to a 3 month warranty period.
Warranty does not cover damages caused by general wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster or other external factors. Other damages caused by operating the equipment in an a manner outside that outlined in the instructions is also not covered under warranty.
The warranty is considered void if the item has been altered or tampered with in any way by persons not authorised by Pro Group NI to perform repairs or maintenance on the item.
The warranty is considered void if periodic maintenance is not carried out by trained professional as per the manufacturer’s guidelines. An invoice or receipt to verify maintenance may be required.
Perishable components such as gaskets, seals, O-rings etc, are not covered under the comprehensive warranty and are deemed as consumables.
Until the nature of any defect or fault is fully diagnosed, the resolution offered by Pro Group NI may vary.
To assist with a fast resolution, we will ask you to send photos / videos demonstrating the fault/issue, this can be done via email. Once the fault/issue is diagnosed, we may offer replacement parts to the customer or, where required, the item may need to be returned to our depot for repairs.
All transportation costs remain the responsibility of the client however, Pro Group NI will endeavour to seek the cheapest courier for the return to the client.
