Pro Group NI Return Policy

At Pro Group NI, we strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional customer service. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return an item. Please read our return policy carefully before proceeding with a return.

1. Initiating a Return

If you wish to return an item, you must first contact us at sales@progroupni.com to begin the return process. Please include your order details and reason for the return in your email. Our team will guide you through the necessary steps and provide instructions on how to proceed.

2. Buyer’s Responsibility for Return Costs

  • The buyer is responsible for all return postage and packaging charges.
  • Any original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

3. Condition of Returned Goods

  • Goods must be returned in a new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
  • Any items that show signs of use, damage, or improper packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Goods that are manufactured specifically for an order and shipped correctly cannot be returned.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
  • Due to health and safety reasons we can’t accept the return of items unless all petrol and oil have been drained from the product.

5. Incorrect Item Received

  • If you receive an incorrect item, you must notify us in writing at sales@progroupni.com within 7 days of receipt.
  • Once we receive your notification, we will arrange for the incorrect item to be collected and a replacement will be dispatched at no additional cost to you.

6. Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
