Pro Group NI – Cancellation Policy

At Pro Group NI, we aim to provide a smooth and efficient service. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel an order.

You have the right to cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch.
To do so, please contact us as soon as possible using our official communication channels. Once we confirm that the order has not yet been dispatched, a full cancellation will be processed.

If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, you may be required to follow our returns procedure once the item has been delivered.

Pro Group NI reserves the right to cancel any order before dispatch if necessary—for example, in cases of stock unavailability, payment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Should this occur, customers will be notified promptly and refunded in full.
