Shipping Summary

All orders placed before 14:00 will be shipped same day (Monday to Friday) on a delivery service of your choosing.

  • We offer free delivery on all orders
  • We offer an express delivery option
  • Delivery to parts of the UK including Highlands and Islands will not be shipped
  • We deliver to Europe including France and Germany
  • We do not ship on bank holidays and Saturday
  • Orders should be delivered within 2-3 weeks, if there is a delay for any reason you will be contacted by a customer service representative.

Exclusions

Some delivery areas and postcodes are excluded from our shipping policy. This maybe due to weight restrictions with our carriers and/or lack of availability.
You will be notified shortly after your order should their be any issues with delivery to your address.

Free Delivery

Free delivery for all orders. We’ll dispatch you order the same day on the delivery service of your choice providing cleared payment is received before 14:00.

Unfortunately in some instances things do go wrong... parcels are damaged or lost in transit. Whilst we share your frustration - we want to remind you that our customer care team are here to resolve these issues for you.

Notifications

Once your order is shipped you will receive a notification with an estimated date of your delivery. If you are unable to accept the delivery there is a few steps you can take.

  • Nominating a neighbour to leave your parcel with.
  • Confirming a safe place for your driver to leave the parcel (Garage, Shed, Porch...).
  • Rearrange the Delivery for another day.
  • Arrange for the parcel to be delivered to a local shop that is partnered with the carrier.

In order to receive these notifications, it is important that correct mobile phone numbers and/or email addresses are given at checkout.

Big & Bulky Items

We always aim to dispatch you orders with precision and speed; you’d never expect less from us.

To our regret, with large, bulky and heavy items such as our generators and power washers we are not able to guarantee next day delivery. We shall certainly dispatch them immediately on a next day service but due to the nature of the consignment they may take just a little while longer.

We know that you want your item pronto and to be able to put it to use - and we want the same for you. So, be sure in the knowledge that our guys will process and dispatch your order super swiftly and dispatched on a next day delivery - we are simply not able to absolutely guarantee that it will be with you next day.

Safe and Swift Delivery

We strive to delivery all of products swiftly. Our delivery partners are specifically chosen for their reliability and accuracy. When your item has been dispatched you will receive a notification from the delivery company. Our delivery companies, including Parcelforce, will attempt to deliver to your address. No doubt you’ll have made arrangements to accept delivery. If they are not able to deliver, further delivery attempts will be made. Following further attempts, If you have not given special instructions ( eg. leave in a safe place or with a neighbour) your package may either be returned to us or, when possible, sent to a pick-up shop for you to collect.

Tracking and Giving Instructions

Why not use the tracking number to give the Delivery Company instructions to leave your package in a safe place on your property or with a neighbour? This can be easily done from the delivery Companies app or website.

Warranty Information

Our Pro Group NI products are built to last. We are proud to offer a comprehensive warranty on all of our items.

Our warranty length may vary between products. The warranty offered on the product can be found under the product info.

Warranty Terms

Pro Group NI offers 12 month warranty on all non-consumable products when purchased for domestic, non-commercial household usage – this commences from the date the item is purchased. Use of our washers for commercial purpose qualifies the purchaser to a 3 month warranty period.

Warranty does not cover damages caused by general wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster or other external factors. Other damages caused by operating the equipment in an a manner outside that outlined in the instructions is also not covered under warranty.

The warranty is considered void if the item has been altered or tampered with in any way by persons not authorised by Pro Group NI to perform repairs or maintenance on the item.

The warranty is considered void if periodic maintenance is not carried out by trained professional as per the manufacturer’s guidelines. An invoice or receipt to verify maintenance may be required.

Perishable components such as gaskets, seals, O-rings etc, are not covered under the comprehensive warranty and are deemed as consumables.

Until the nature of any defect or fault is fully diagnosed, the resolution offered by Pro Group NI may vary.

To assist with a fast resolution, we will ask you to send photos / videos demonstrating the fault/issue, this can be done via email. Once the fault/issue is diagnosed, we may offer replacement parts to the customer or, where required, the item may need to be returned to our depot for repairs.

All transportation costs remain the responsibility of the client however, Pro Group NI will endeavour to seek the cheapest courier for the return to the client.
